Product Fit & Materials

While this varies based on each product, we use innovative, planet-friendly materials like modal and bamboo blends to create the softest, most eco-friendly pajamas and accessories out there. For more information about the modal material, read our blog post.

All of our items are sized TTS (true-to-size) with a little bit of room to grow. We recommend purchasing you (and your little one's) true size, and the stretch of our material lends it to being generous in terms of "give."

Shipping, Returns & More

We ship within 5-7 business days. Most of our items are either in-stock or are labeled "pre-order" and will be available at their scheduled launch date. Pre-order products are clearly labeled and follow different turn around times.

Due to warehouse limitations, we no longer have the ability to combine orders. We ask that you add everything to cart before checking out so that your carbon footprint remains minimal!

Canada

Non DDP Economy Shipping - Orders Under 4 lb.
Orders under 4 lb. in total weight are eligible for Economy Canada Shipping. This tracked economy shipping service takes 1-4 weeks for delivery. Duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

DDP Shipping – Orders Under 4 lb. and Under $500 USD in Total Value
For orders that are under 4 lb. in total weight and under $500 USD in total value, we are excited to offer DDP shipping, meaning duties are pre-paid. For reference, our blankets weigh approximately 2.5 lbs and other items approximately 0.5 lbs each. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee total item weight until shipping time.

For orders over 4 lb. in total weight or over $500 in total value, please select the available carrier rate at checkout.

Occasionally we'll run pre-orders. Using a pre-order model helps us reduce waste on some orders. Pre-order products are labeled as pre-order. Our pre-order TAT (turn-around time) is 10-12 weeks. All pre-order sales are final, so please remember to take sizing into account for the promised turn around time. If you order a pre-order product, we'll keep you updated every step of the way via email.

Customer Service Policies

Return Policy

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date you receive your item, allowing you to initiate a return within this timeframe, with the exception of items marked "final sale." All products purchased through limited time sales or deals are final sale.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria: it must remain in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must retain its attached tags, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase along with your return request. In instances where an item is returned in a condition that doesn't meet these requirements, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Please note that all returned items and orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which is calculated as 10% of the total value of the returned item(s). Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning an item, such as shipping. Returns typically take 3-4 weeks to process.

Order Issues

Edits & Cancellations: Once an order is placed, we are unable to process edits or cancellations due to our warehouse fulfillment system. Please contact us if you would like to return unworn items, see above for our return policy.

Price Matching/Discounts: All discounts and promotions are subject to change at any point. Pricing is valid at time of purchase only. We are not able to offer price matching or discounts for past, present, or future discounts.

Errors In Shipping Addresses: If an order is returned to our warehouse for a customer-entered address error, customers will be responsible for paying for a new label. Please contact us ASAP if you discover your address is wrong.
